分析处理：
日志异常出现了0.0.0.1的ip信息，服务器本身没有这个ip信息，lib/nadmin  --host 0.0.0.1 --port 6848 create-local-instance --node localhost-mydomain oss
执行后仍然是失败的

处理方案：

添加jvm参数：Dapusic.admin.useIp.ip=真实ip 和 -Dapusic.admin.useIp.enabled=true，并重启中间件，可以进行创建
